Free Shipping within Australia and NewZealand is available for all of Minty and Mallow products when ordering over $95.00 Otherwise standard shipping costs apply.

 International Shipping

Please note, due to weight restrictions within Australia Post the postage cost for multiple items will be the multiple of the listed postage price for your country.

Please allow approximately 7-21 business days for international delivery (Postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high volume periods).

Please note the above shipping times apply from the day that your Minty and Mallow is shipped, NOT the day that you order.

Due to customs regulations, deliveries may be subject to random examinations and scans.

Please note all international orders are sent via Australia Post. They are sent using standard post and express post meaning there is tracking information available. 

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT AND COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS, MintyandMallow WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR POSTAGE COSTS OR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT COSTS NEEDED TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER. IF THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS PROVIDED, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE AMOUNT NECESSARY TO RE-SEND THE ORDER INTO OUR NOMINATED ACCOUNT.

The same applies to incomplete shipping addresses (missing key factors), such as the zip code, house number, street type, city or province etc. Address labels are printed out automatically using the exact shipping address that you provide when you order, so if your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect in any way, then it is out of our hands.

Upon placing an order for your Minty and Mallow you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure you check your shipping address details to ensure Minty and Mallow can be on you ASAP!

If the information in your confirmation email is incorrect, then please contact us immediately at mintyandmallow@gmail.com and we will do our best to get your parcel to you.
